Just 4 days, but a good break. Reconnected with an old friend from the 70’s Rand Lee, and met the man who owns The De Vargas Street House, often referred to as the Oldest House, is a historic building in Santa Fe, New Mexico parts of the current structure from the early 1600s. After a lengthy discussion with the owner, he gave me a possible title for my memoir: “You are weirder than I thought.” To which Lorraine replied, “I’ve been seen!”
